It documents a one-year visual journey in each scene, filmed monthly with expensive Sony cinema camera gear. The result is a stunning cinematic anthology of the British woodland, showcasing how summer can be surprisingly dark due to thick foliage, while winter brings a striking, unexpected brightness.
