I camped on the summit of Rhinog Fawr, enduring the cold to be in position at dawn. When I woke, the valleys below had disappeared, replaced by an incredible cloud inversion. The image shows the majestic summit of Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) peaking out above the beautiful layers of morning cloud, framed by the jagged, brutal foreground of the Rhinogydd rocks.
